SHIPPING:
Shipping rates which appear on your order are estimates only. Shipping charges on your order will be adjusted lower if the actual cost is lower. We do ship the cheapest that we can ship. Anything over 2 yards will have to go Flat rate as the weight of the fabric would require higher postage if shipped first class.
U.S. ORDERS:
We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. A maximum of 6 yards of regular cotton fabric can be sent using USPS Flat Rate Envelopes for $8.70 or $9.00 depending on thickness of fabric. Orders for more than 7 yards will be sent using USPS Flat Rate Boxes for $16.25 (approximately 15 to 22 yards regular cotton fabric) or other Priority Mail packaging, whichever is cheapest. Regular cotton fabric excludes quilt backing, minkee, flannel, pre-quilted and other non-standard cotton fabric. Other items such as rulers, notions, thread will require different packaging that sometimes costs less than listed shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. A maximum of 7 yards of regular cotton fabric can be sent using USPS Flat Rate Envelopes for $39.90, $28.50 to Canada. USPS Flat Rate medium box is $87.40, $54.65 to Canada. USPS flat rate Large box is $110.15, $71.05 to Canada. Where possible and necessary we may break up an order into multiple envelopes, or ship using a Priority Mail Flat Rate Box or other Priority Mail packaging, whichever is cheapest. We will mail First class International if it is cheaper. USPS provides tracking up to when it leaves the USA. Please note that we are unable to insure or trace international orders. Risk of loss is the international customers responsibility. We have not lost any package shipped through the USPS to date 1/25/2021.
Hungary, Romania, Greece, Italy, and Mexico have known theft problems within their postal services, so we will ship to these countries airmail insured, and you must pay the full postage and insurance.
Please note: United States Postal Service does not have Global Priority service to some places. If you have any questions, please contact us.
RETURNS:
We will be happy to replace or refund any defective or incorrect item. Please contact us for details. Patterns, books and magazines or not returnable. If you have changed your mind on an item, we will accept a return and deduct a 25% restocking fee only after you have contacted us and we approve the return. We will not refund shipping costs on these items. All sales from our clearance categories, or items otherwise reduced from regular retail prices may not be returned. Fabric which you have washed will not be accepted for return.
UPS GROUND
UPS is trackable, is insured, and you are emailed a shipping notification automatically. UPS Ground is the most economical way to send anything over $60.
